Service Development Director – Anti Fraud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of services within the designated portfolio.

• Perform market analysis to uncover growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive advancements.

• Establish and implement product and service strategies that align with customer requirements and business goals.

• Propel revenue growth, ensure profitability, and achieve annual budget targets across the portfolio.

• Create and assess business cases, service proposals, CAPEX requests, and strategic tender submissions.

• Partner with Sales and Market Development teams to formulate effective go-to-market strategies and facilitate commercial success.

• Ensure the consistent application and standardization of services globally by collaborating closely with Operations and Standardization teams.

• Promote innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement while upholding compliance with corporate policies and integrity standards.

• Cultivate strong relationships with Sales, Operations, IT, Centers of Expertise, and external technology partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, International Trade, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience in service development, product management, business development, or roles in commercial leadership.

• A proven history of driving revenue growth and overseeing profitable service portfolios.

• Strong background in developing business cases, strategic proposals, and investment rationales.

• Excellent comprehension of market analysis, competitive positioning, and service innovation.

• Experience leading cross-functional and international teams within a matrix structure.

• In-depth knowledge of technology-driven services and digital solutions.

• Proficiency in both English and French.
