Service Development Director – Anti Fraud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation, enhancement, and lifecycle management of services within the designated portfolio.

• Perform market research to uncover growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive advancements.

• Establish and implement product and service strategies that align with customer requirements and business goals.

• Propel revenue growth, profitability, and the attainment of annual budget targets across the portfolio.

• Create and validate business cases, service proposals, CAPEX requests, and strategic tender submissions.

• Partner with Sales and Market Development teams to formulate effective go-to-market strategies and bolster commercial success.

• Ensure the consistent execution and integration of services globally by closely collaborating with Operations and Standardization teams.

• Promote innovation, knowledge sharing, and ongoing improvement while adhering to company policies and integrity standards.

• Cultivate strong relationships with Sales, Operations, IT, Centers of Expertise, and external technology partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, International Trade, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Training related to WTO, WCO, or trade facilitation.

• Professional experience in customs valuation, customs compliance, or tax administration.

• Extensive experience in service development, product management, business development, or commercial leadership roles.

• A proven history of driving revenue growth and overseeing profitable service portfolios.

• Strong expertise in developing business cases, strategic proposals, and investment justifications.

• Excellent grasp of market analysis, competitive positioning, and service innovation.

• Experience in leading cross-functional and international teams within a matrix organization.

• In-depth knowledge of technology-enabled services and digital solutions.

• Proficiency in both English and French.
