This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Ensure prompt and professional management of inquiries and issues by the engineering team
• Validate, classify, and prioritize client requests
• Oversee the service desk to uphold workflows and service standards
• Manage the quality of ticket handling and enhance client experience
• Engage with clients through multiple communication channels
• Develop and sustain service desk procedures
• Proven track record in a fast-paced operational role
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
• Strong empathy for customers and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict management
• Commitment to continuous improvement
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Service Desk tools is advantageous
