Service Delivery Support Representative

📋 Description

• Ensure that all deliverables meet or surpass client expectations and adhere to internal standards.

• Execute tasks meticulously to guarantee dependable and error-free results.

• Consistently adhere to deadlines as defined by team standards.

• Communicate effectively with the COE team and account teams to ensure clarity and precision in task execution.

• Participate in team meetings, take thorough notes, and deliver detailed reports to Appcast Managers.

• Utilize project management tools efficiently to manage requests and monitor project progress.

• Clearly convey project status to the COE and promptly address any issues that arise.

• Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by Appcast Managers.

• Certification or Diploma.

• 1 year of experience in a comparable role.

• Strong computer and administrative skills.
