This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Ensure that all deliverables meet or surpass client expectations and adhere to internal standards.
β’ Execute tasks meticulously to guarantee dependable and error-free results.
β’ Consistently adhere to deadlines as defined by team standards.
β’ Communicate effectively with the COE team and account teams to ensure clarity and precision in task execution.
β’ Participate in team meetings, take thorough notes, and deliver detailed reports to Appcast Managers.
β’ Utilize project management tools efficiently to manage requests and monitor project progress.
β’ Clearly convey project status to the COE and promptly address any issues that arise.
β’ Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by Appcast Managers.
β’ Certification or Diploma.
β’ 1 year of experience in a comparable role.
β’ Strong computer and administrative skills.
