Service Delivery Manager – Software Publisher Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Develop, sustain, and enhance the tracking, reporting, and process infrastructure that supports delivery across all clients and regions.

• Your established processes and frameworks will become the business standards that guide the entire organization.

• Equip the leadership team with the operational data required for informed decision-making without requiring operational involvement.

• Foster a workplace atmosphere where individuals are motivated to perform at their best.

• Design, uphold, and enforce quality frameworks, checklists, and processes that guarantee consistent delivery standards across all engagements.

• Oversee the shared resource pool across various regions. Evaluate capabilities, monitor availability, and prepare staffing recommendations for Director-level decisions.

• Conduct skills assessments, identify developmental needs, and create training programs to systematically address gaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in delivery management, operations management, or program management within a professional services or advisory context.

• Background in software license compliance, software asset management, or a related technology advisory field is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success in establishing governance systems, quality frameworks, and operational processes — either by creating them from the ground up or by significantly enhancing existing ones.

• Experience in managing a shared resource pool or bench model.

• International delivery experience is essential.

• Familiarity with delivery tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
