Service Delivery Manager – Google Workspace

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for project and service management throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

• Act as a central interface and coordinate complex requirements among customers, sales teams, internal tech teams, and external partners.

• Conduct regular service reviews, including monitoring of SLAs and key performance indicators.

• Continuously enhance support structures, service processes, and managed services contracts.

• Proactively advise customers on best practices and strategically position new workspace topics.

• Actively explore new trends in the cloud environment and maintain ongoing knowledge sharing within the team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant professional experience and technical understanding of IT systems operations within the Google environment.

• Practical experience in project management, ideally supported by certifications in areas such as Scrum, Prince2, or ITIL.

• A structured approach to work with high self-initiative and the drive to actively shape existing processes.

• Strong service orientation in customer interactions and a solid team spirit in internal collaborations.

• The ability to act professionally, confidently, and solution-oriented even in conflict situations.

• Proficient communication skills in both German and English for professional customer contact.

• Willingness to actively support the security of our cloud operations through regular participation in on-call duties.
