📋 Description

• The Service Delivery Manager – Evive plays a key role in providing an outstanding client experience by assisting employers and their members on Evive’s personalization-centric SaaS platform.

• Direct and support clients through the rollout of new Evive solutions, including gathering requirements, data collection, and platform configuration.

• Adjust Evive settings to correspond with client-specific benefit offerings, demographic information, eligibility criteria, communication strategies, and personalized journey triggers.

• Continuously manage and modify client configurations as plan designs, data inputs, eligibility standards, or engagement tactics evolve.

• Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients utilizing the Evive platform.

• Address client inquiries and issues promptly and accurately.

• Investigate and resolve questions related to eligibility data, personalization logic, health journey outcomes, and discrepancies in data files.

• Validate client-specific Evive configurations, including data mapping, demographic ingestion, benefit-related logic, personalization triggers, and communication workflows.

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, data operations, and call center teams to ensure successful deployments and seamless onboarding.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• Over 5 years of direct client-facing experience in benefits administration, digital health engagement, or HR technology.

• More than 2 years of experience managing projects or implementations within a SaaS framework.

• Strong technical proficiency with a comfort in navigating personalization engines, eligibility files, and data-driven systems.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and data validation.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-focused mindset.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with excellent follow-through.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and occasionally ambiguous environment.

• A collaborative team player who is dedicated to customer success and operational excellence.
