Service Delivery Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic advisor and lead for Data & Digital analytics services for academic medical centers, large and complex health systems, children's hospitals, and community hospitals.

• Provide guidance to client executives on strategic priorities and opportunities for performance improvement by aligning Vizient analytics, capabilities, and service solutions with the goals of the organization.

• Offer actionable insights through clinical, operational, quality, utilization, cost, strategic, market, and supply analytics.

• Identify and prioritize opportunities at the system level and individual hospital level, translating analytics into strategic recommendations and measurable improvement initiatives.

• Facilitate strategic and performance improvement discussions with client leadership, including C-suite executives.

• Create, implement, measure, and maintain performance improvement plans that focus on quality of care, capacity and throughput, length of stay, workforce productivity, utilization, and cost performance.

• Encourage client participation in Vizient analytic and service offerings to enhance adoption, engagement, outcomes, and demonstrated value.

• Formulate and execute action plans that bolster client engagement, enhance satisfaction, and contribute to account planning and a seamless client experience.

• Work collaboratively with internal product, analytics, data, advisory, and account teams to address client needs and ensure data integrity, health, and optimization.

• Support retention and growth by identifying additional service and subscription opportunities, aiding sales efforts, and developing an opportunity pipeline.

• Measure and communicate outcomes of performance improvement to illustrate the value generated through Vizient solutions and facilitate sustained client success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred degree in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 7 years of pertinent experience is required.

• Experience in healthcare quality improvement, performance improvement, operations, or healthcare strategy is essential, preferably in a leadership role.

• Proven experience in utilizing operational and quality data to create strategic recommendations and drive measurable performance enhancements.

• Required experience presenting to and advising C-suite leaders in hospitals and health systems.

• Experience in interpreting and applying clinical, operational, quality, utilization, cost, market, and/or supply chain data.

• Preferred understanding of healthcare operational performance measures, including length of stay, capacity and throughput, workforce productivity, and overtime, along with their strategic implications.

• Leadership experience in performance improvement, healthcare strategy, and project management is preferred.

• Acute care healthcare experience and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification are preferred.

• Must be willing to travel.
