This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments while dispatching technicians to client locations.
• Monitor and manage work orders, ensuring they are completed on time and meet service standards.
• Engage with customers to provide updates on service requests, estimated arrival times, and progress reports.
• Record service activities and maintain comprehensive documentation in the service management system.
• Assist field technicians by supplying information regarding job requirements, customer preferences, and technical notes.
• Aid the Service Manager in tracking technician availability, skill sets, and certifications for proper assignments.
• Address customer inquiries and escalate any concerns to the Service Manager when necessary.
• Carry out other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in business administration or a related field is advantageous.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a scheduling, dispatch, or administrative role, ideally within the service or security sector.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in service management software and MS Office applications.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.
