Service Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop functional analyses, process mappings, and documentation to ensure a comprehensive technical understanding of the client's operations.

• Execute sophisticated system configurations that comply with business regulations, integrations, and operational standards.

• Organize follow-up meetings, steering critical phases of the project, evaluating risks, and ensuring adherence to the project timeline.

• Provide clients with training and technical support, enhancing functional expertise and guaranteeing quality in solution adoption.

• Confirm integrated test cases and the outcomes of technical deliverables, ensuring complete compliance with defined requirements.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, acting as a technical expert and disseminating knowledge among analysts and other consultants.

• Recommend modifications, enhancements, and strategic solutions to advance implemented processes and workflows.

• Formulate strategies for negotiating in critical situations, ensuring technical accuracy and client satisfaction.

• Assist in commercial and strategic meetings, emphasizing excellence in client relations and overall experience.

• Compile technical information and key documentation to maintain clarity, traceability, and governance throughout the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience with ERP systems.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL is preferred.

• Familiarity with finance, contracts, and tax business rules.

• Advanced level experience in ERP implementation.

• Proficient understanding of SAP Business One (SAP B1).

• Knowledge of financial processes, procurement, sales, and accounting.

• Familiarity with Add-ons (Bank and Fiscal) is preferred.
