Principal Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate client projects, encompassing ROI studies, comprehensive 360-degree projects, predictive analyses, impact studies, and group debriefings.

• Utilize suitable statistical techniques and AI tools to convert data into clear, actionable insights for decision-making.

• Engage in client training sessions by offering a scientific viewpoint.

• Create presentation formats that render scientific concepts accessible while maintaining rigor.

• Assist AE/AM sales teams with topics that have a significant scientific element and facilitate highly technical discussions with clients.

• Contribute to product initiatives, especially in-app onboarding experiences.

• Relay client insights to the Product and Science teams.

• Ensure the integrity of scientific messaging and deliverables within the organization.

• Act as a liaison between the Science team and field teams, aiding in the development of CSM, AM, and AE teams’ skills.

• Transform intricate, customized projects into reusable and scalable methodologies.

• Develop AI-enhanced workflows and advocate for best practices within the organization.

• Represent AssessFirst’s scientific perspective through webinars, content creation, and speaking engagements, especially on an international scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, as our team and clients operate on an international level.

• A degree in psychology (occupational or organizational) or equivalent, with a robust background in psychometrics.

• Expertise in quantitative analysis methods, including the capability to independently analyze and interpret client datasets.

• Proven experience in consulting or providing support to clients on complex subjects.

• Strong passion for and advanced skills in applied AI.
