Service BDC Agent – Inbound Customer Engagement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional service on both inbound and outbound calls within a dynamic and organized customer care setting.

• Continuously enhance key sales skills, such as establishing rapport, comprehending customer requirements, managing objections, and finalizing sales.

• Utilize tools and resources to identify tailored solutions and proactively anticipate customer needs.

• Achieve and surpass performance objectives, which include, but are not limited to, customer survey outcomes, sales ratios, quality benchmarks, compliance standards, and productivity goals.

• Demonstrated success in a customer service and consultative sales environment (minimum of two years).

• Ability to modify communication styles to suit a diverse range of personalities and situations.

• Dedication to applying feedback as a strategy for reaching both individual and team performance objectives.

• Technical proficiency to multitask and efficiently navigate through computer systems and applications.

• Punctuality and dependability, maintaining adherence to your daily schedule.

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• System Requirements: Computer must be no older than 3 years with at least 16GB RAM; a minimum of two (2) monitors/screens is required.
