This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will serve as the key liaison for sleep laboratories and private practice physicians, providing professional support to our clients in their daily utilization of our systems.

• Your responsibilities include the installation, maintenance, and technical training of new devices and systems at the client’s location, ensuring smooth operation and user proficiency.

• You will showcase your technical expertise, offer clear explanations, and maintain a service-oriented attitude throughout your interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed training as a state-certified medical technician is preferred.

• Strong foundational knowledge in physiology (EEG, ECG, etc.) is desirable.

• An understanding of medical and technical concepts is essential.

• A confident and professional demeanor is expected.

• A strong customer and service orientation is crucial.

• Excellent organizational skills and a willingness to travel are required.

• Proficiency in PC applications, particularly in MS Office, is necessary.
