This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Perform service, repair, and maintenance tasks on domestic gas appliances and central heating systems.
• While working in customers' residences, you should possess extensive technical knowledge coupled with excellent customer service skills.
• This role will occasionally involve completing boiler installations.
• Ensure that all customers receive precise advice tailored to their specific situations.
• Provide guidance and instruction to engineers regarding optimal technical practices and customer service matters as necessary.
• Identify and report unusual problems or issues that may cause significant concerns for either customers or engineers to the relevant manager immediately.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, engineers, and colleagues.
• Comply with all pertinent legislation, manufacturing regulations, and company policies and procedures.
• Execute service, repair, and maintenance tasks as assigned through the Zuno App, which will constitute the majority of your workload.
• Actively seek advice and assistance when needed.
• Conduct Work in Progress (WIP) and Post-installation audits on both employed and subcontracted Gas Engineers as requested by the Compliance Team, ensuring all paperwork is submitted via iAuditor to the Compliance Team.
• Occasionally complete full boiler installations as needed.
• If required, visit customers’ homes to meet with Gas Safe Register Inspectors and address any remedial work identified on-site.
• You may be asked to perform desktop audits periodically by the Compliance Team.
• Always represent Zuno in a professional manner.
• Undertake any additional duties as needed by the Management Team and Board of Directors during your employment with Zuno.
• ACS qualifications (CPA1, CCN1, CENWAT)
• GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
• At least 5 years of experience in boiler service and repair, along with fault-finding abilities on all domestic gas boilers.
• Relevant and current knowledge of the boiler industry
• Experience in a customer-focused environment
• Familiarity with health and safety standards
• Strong analytical and effective problem-solving skills
• Clear and effective communication skills with a strong command of English.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to varying workloads and tasks
• Confidence to work independently as well as part of a team.
