This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership and lead the strategic partnerships with some of the UK's most prominent enterprise resellers.
• Serve as the strategic account manager for a selection of enterprise reseller partners.
• Create and execute joint business plans that align partner goals with Jabra’s growth strategies.
• Enhance revenue performance by establishing a robust, high-quality pipeline and achieving set targets.
• Discover and nurture new growth opportunities within key industries, solutions, and collaborative selling initiatives.
• Foster trusted relationships at all levels within partner organizations.
• Empower partners to thrive by enhancing capabilities within Jabra’s audio and video offerings.
• Work collaboratively across sales, marketing, and product teams to implement effective go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor performance, uphold strong pipeline governance, and lead regular business reviews and planning sessions.
• Background in channel account management, preferably in the IT or UC sector.
• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding relationships with enterprise IT resellers.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and cultivate strong, scalable partner pipelines.
• Experience in working within alliance ecosystems and leading co-selling strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen, including knowledge of pricing, margins, and deal structuring.
• Ability to operate confidently at both strategic and hands-on execution levels.
• Organized, data-oriented mindset with the capability to influence within complex, matrixed organizations.
