This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver remote L1/L2 technical assistance through phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve hardware and software issues in enterprise settings.
• Examine problems within Windows Server, Linux, and VMware ecosystems.
• Evaluate system performance, pinpoint issues, and offer technical remedies.
• Support customers with server setup, installation, and management tasks.
• Oversee and log incidents in ticketing systems.
• Work together with escalation teams on intricate technical matters.
• 2–3 years of experience in Technical Support, Infrastructure Support, or IT Helpdesk positions, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Fundamental understanding of enterprise server architecture and hardware components.
• Familiarity with Windows Server administration, Linux platforms, or VMware virtualization.
• Experience in troubleshooting and managing incidents.
• Strong analytical skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced technical environment.
