This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Ensure the security and integrity of systems by regularly updating software and hardware versions through established patching and updating protocols.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to devise implementation and enhancement strategies by gathering infrastructure requirements from key stakeholders and proposing solutions.
• Facilitate the conversion of infrastructure requirements into actionable processes by analyzing information collected from various sources and defining user needs for effective solutions.
• Evaluate, document, and communicate the impact of changes to key stakeholders by working together to create requirements documentation.
• Partner with subject matter experts to define the technical vision and gather necessary information to fulfill requests within the designated area of responsibility.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives to boost performance and efficiency.
• Assist end-users by ensuring a comprehensive understanding of user requirements and the availability of relevant process documentation.
• Foster a positive work atmosphere by embodying cultural expectations and encouraging others to appreciate performance and diversity.
• Aid in the deployment of infrastructure technologies and solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree or a comparable combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience.
• Information Security - Awareness - Knowledgeable about information security and the controls available to mitigate security threats within solutions and services.
• IT Infrastructure - Practitioner - Capable of building, configuring, administering, and supporting infrastructure technologies and solutions, including compute, storage, networking, physical infrastructure, software, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and open-source packages, as well as virtual and cloud services like IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Ownership & Initiative - Working - Takes responsibility for issues until a new owner is designated or the problem is resolved or mitigated.
• Problem Solving - Awareness - Capable of investigating issues in systems, processes, and services, with an understanding of the problem's level (e.g., strategic, tactical, operational). Can assist in implementing remedies and preventative strategies.
• System Design - Working - Converts logical designs into physical designs. Produces detailed designs and documents all work adhering to required standards, methods, and tools, including appropriate prototyping tools.
• Service Focus - Working - Takes inputs and establishes coherent frameworks that are effective.
• Technical Understanding - Working - Comprehends core technical concepts relevant to their role and can apply them with guidance.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution - Working - Capable of troubleshooting and identifying issues across various technology capabilities.
