SERFF Filing Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Prepare filings and responses to objections in SERFF and/or FilingRamp for various states and jurisdictions

• Ensure that all necessary filing forms, certification documents, and checklists are included prior to submission

• Implement the appropriate filing procedures

• Monitor SERFF and email for any incoming objections

• Relay objections to relevant internal stakeholders to guarantee timely responses

• Request and communicate extensions as needed

• Interact with Insurance department and Bureau staff regarding filings, objections, and inquiries

• Manage regulatory filings across multiple lines of business and jurisdictions to facilitate timely approvals and implementation

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• Over 3 years of experience in the P&C industry

• Preferred experience in state filings and regulatory compliance

• Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Knowledge and understanding of the current P&C marketplace

• Familiarity with ISO products is a plus
