SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the SEO strategy and execution for a designated portfolio of brands/products.

• Perform regular SEO, content, technical, and competitor audits, transforming findings into prioritized action plans.

• Develop and oversee content runways, optimization plans, refresh opportunities, and briefs for both new and existing pages.

• Collaborate across teams to enhance rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.

• Implement and assist in technical SEO enhancements regarding metadata, crawlability, indexation, internal linking, schema, site structure, and overall site health.

• Manage topic clusters, internal linking strategies, and on-page optimization for landing pages and blog content.

• Utilize reporting and performance analysis to identify issues early, QA data, and propose next steps.

• Contribute to testing, backlink initiatives, digital PR support, and off-site visibility efforts.

• Leverage practical AI-assisted workflows to enhance research, execution speed, and search visibility without compromising quality or judgment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on SEO experience with a focus on strategy and execution.

• Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research, content strategy, reporting, and site audits.

• Demonstrated success in enhancing organic performance through SEO campaigns; B2B experience is advantageous.

• Proficient in WordPress and essential SEO tools, including GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.

• Familiar with backlinks, link building, and best practices for digital PR.

• Comprehension of how AI is transforming search, with experience utilizing AI to improve SEO workflows or outcomes.

• Strong skills in project management, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.

• GA4 certification is preferred, or a willingness to obtain it shortly after hiring.

• A sense of curiosity, accountability, and the capability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
