SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement SEO strategies aimed at enhancing organic search visibility and increasing website traffic.

• Conduct comprehensive keyword analysis to pinpoint areas for content enhancement and creation.

• Evaluate website structure, content, and linking methodologies to improve crawlability and overall user experience.

• Execute on-page SEO initiatives, including optimizing meta tags, internal links, and updating content.

• Collaborate with agency partners to implement off-page SEO tactics, such as link building and outreach efforts, to bolster domain authority.

• Track and assess website performance utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and various SEO platforms.

• Partner with content creators and marketing teams to ensure the integration of SEO best practices into all content initiatives.

• Remain informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry advancements.

• Produce regular reports detailing SEO performance, including metrics on traffic, rankings, and ROI.

• Assist with technical SEO responsibilities related to enhancing site speed, optimizing for mobile, and addressing crawl errors.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in SEO, with a history of successful campaign execution.

• Proficient in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or comparable platforms.

• Strong grasp of search engine algorithms and ranking determinants.

• Exceptional analytical capabilities and the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
