Senior SEO Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and develop SEO strategies for clients ranging from large businesses to enterprise-level companies, linking efforts directly to lead generation and revenue results.

• Direct technical SEO initiatives, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link acquisition efforts.

• Manage the client portfolio, serving as the main point of contact.

• Create and implement AI-driven search and geo-targeting strategies.

• Enhance organic visibility on platforms like Reddit and YouTube.

• Examine behavioral data to guide on-site conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer relationship management (CRM) messaging strategies.

• Conduct client status meetings.

• Monitor and report on campaign performance.

• Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes.

• Collaborate with the sales team on audits, tailored strategy creation, and pitch materials.

• Contribute to team processes and reporting methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in an SEO agency setting.

• Proven success in generating leads or revenue, rather than merely improving traffic or rankings.

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic web development principles.

• Proficient, hands-on experience with AI tools integrated into daily SEO operations.

• Familiarity with tools such as Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or equivalent platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in managing client relationships.

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1+).

• Must reside in LATAM.
