SEO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily management of assigned clients, serving as the SEO expert.

• Supervise research, analysis, insights, requirements, and reporting for the accounts you manage.

• Directly lead team members, establish expectations, and evaluate performance and deliverables.

• Perform content, technical, and reputation audits, translating insights into client recommendations.

• Guide website designs, redesigns, and migrations adhering to SEO best practices.

• Identify opportunities and present actionable recommendations to clients and the department.

• Facilitate client meetings, communicate channel performance and industry updates, and monitor follow-up actions.

• Manage vendor relationships and the utilization of Rio, Yext, Stat, and Semrush.

• Advise on SEO best practices for website content, page templates, videos, and other assets.

• Monitor performance metrics and detect anomalies.

• Collaborate with SEO Analysts, Copywriters, Managers, Directors, and Account Services teams.

• Contribute to SEO thought leadership initiatives, internal projects, training videos, and vendor meetings.

• Support new business efforts and contribute to departmental growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including content strategy and web development.

• Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

• Strong self-management abilities.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Solid knowledge of SEO tools like Screaming Frog, Semrush, and Stat.

• Ability to utilize data to construct persuasive arguments.

• A curious and passionate approach to learning about Acadia, client businesses, and SEO.
