This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Serve as the architect for all organic content, including blogs, resource hubs, and landing pages.
β’ Establish the editorial roadmap, identify target audiences, and understand search intent to ensure that each content piece attracts qualified B2B traffic and generates leads.
β’ Create comprehensive creative briefs for cross-functional execution.
β’ Enhance Yellow Cardβs digital presence for Large Language Models (LLMs).
β’ Formulate entity-mapping strategies, knowledge graphs, and sophisticated structured data markup to position YC as the go-to source for AI-generated search results (AI Overviews/Snapshots).
β’ Audit, maintain, and scale the technical health of our global web properties to guarantee compatibility and optimization for search engine technologies and LLM agents.
β’ Oversee intricate multi-regional site architectures and international SEO strategies across 34 emerging and established markets.
β’ Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to enhance the software systems and architectures necessary for scaling our acquisition engine.
β’ Advocate for programmatic SEO and the utilization of automated workflows to create, optimize, and audit high-impact content on a large scale.
β’ Trace the organic journey from the initial search to CRM lead capture.
β’ Navigate stringent financial promotion regulations (FCA, MiCA, local African regulators) to ensure all content upholds impeccable E-E-A-T and regulatory compliance.
β’ More than 5 years of progressive, hands-on experience in B2B SEO, preferably within Fintech, Crypto, Web3, or enterprise platforms.
β’ AEO Native: In-depth, current knowledge of how AI Search, RAG environments, and LLMs crawl, index, and retrieve information.
β’ Content & Data Synergy: Outstanding ability to convert technical search queries and LLM intent into clear, actionable strategies tailored for B2B audiences.
β’ Technical & Automation Mindset: Solid background in schema markup, site architecture, and fundamental web programming skills (HTML, JS, CSS).
β’ Experience in automating SEO operations (n8n, Python, scripts) to scale insights.
β’ Enterprise Tool Stack Mastery: Expert-level proficiency with technical crawling tools (Screaming Frog/Sitebulb) and advanced data ecosystems (GA4, GSC, Data4SEO, BI tools) to define metrics and pinpoint areas for improvement.
β’ Leadership: A data-driven, results-oriented leader with a proven history of building scalable systems, managing stakeholders, and simplifying complex topics for cross-functional partners.
