SEO Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the affiliate portfolio and enhance its growth.

• Implement SEO strategies for various affiliate websites spanning multiple sectors.

• Lead the launch of new markets.

• Foster revenue growth for current affiliate websites.

• Create and execute long-term SEO plans.

• Optimize web pages for search rankings and click-through rates (CTR).

• Oversee backlink campaigns across a range of affiliate websites.

• Initiate new affiliate websites from start to finish, including keyword clustering, topic mapping, content structuring, and stakeholder coordination.

• Perform content audits to enhance the use of SERP features.

• Manage link-building efforts and work with agencies and publishers to boost domain authority.

• Investigate publishers, assess new markets, and analyze domain authority alongside traffic trends.

• Evaluate expansion possibilities using business growth frameworks.

• Lead and mentor a team of SEO content managers.

• Report to the Head of Organic and collaborate with publishers, vertical managers, and content teams.

• Transform SEO opportunities into quantifiable business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in both on-page and off-page SEO.

• Proven success in scaling organic growth.

• Demonstrated experience in leading a team with an emphasis on development, motivation, and high performance.

• Native-level proficiency in German.

• Business-fluent English (C1+).

• Confident in stakeholder management in both German and English.

• Ideally located in Berlin.

• Possess an analytical and structured approach to work.

• Ability to prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and make decisions under pressure.

• Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, flat startup environment.

• Experience in the iGaming sector or other affiliate marketing industries is an advantage.
