SEO, GEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Crafting and implementing the company's SEO and GEO strategy.

• Discovering opportunities for organic growth and enhancing visibility across search engines and AI platforms.

• Designing, executing, and documenting experiments to validate hypotheses and reveal new ranking opportunities.

• Analyzing outcomes, recognizing patterns, and transforming insights into scalable actions.

• Assessing tools, methodologies, and emerging trends related to SEO, GEO, and AI-driven marketing.

• Assisting in positioning Omnia as a thought leader by creating and disseminating industry knowledge.

• Collaborating closely with the Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to share insights, identify automation chances, and maximize initiative impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in both technical and strategic SEO.

• Proficient in utilizing SEO analysis, crawling, and monitoring tools to uncover opportunities and validate hypotheses.

• A proactive individual who enjoys building, testing, and continuously iterating.

• Demonstrated ability to design and conduct independent experiments.

• An analytical and data-driven approach.

• Experience working independently with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

• Ability to excel in fast-paced, ambiguous, and ever-evolving environments.

• Genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence and its marketing applications.

• Exceptional prioritization skills.

• Professional proficiency in English and/or Spanish.

• Experience in technology startups or B2B SaaS environments is advantageous.

• Background in content creation or personal branding within the SEO ecosystem is beneficial.

• Involvement in side projects, independent experiments, open-source initiatives, or endeavors related to SEO and AI is a plus.

• Familiarity with automation, AI agents, or advanced marketing technologies is an advantage.
