SEO Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire relationship with key clients, encompassing partnerships, challenging discussions, negotiations, conflict resolution, expectation management, and prompt communication.

• Manage strategic and high-demand client accounts independently.

• Analyze escalations and critical issues, propose solutions, make decisions within your authority, and coordinate resolution efforts.

• Ensure the quality of SEO delivery across the team and assist specialists with complex cases.

• Contribute to the SEO strategy for high-profile clients and proactively identify project risks.

• Act as the primary contact for specialists regarding client-related inquiries.

• Resolve project challenges, aid in the preparation for difficult meetings and presentations, and mentor specialists on client communication.

• Identify, design, and implement enhanced team processes.

• Standardize communication practices for clients and internally.

• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager by reporting significant risks along with recommendations and taking on operational responsibilities.
