• Develop monthly content strategies informed by keyword analysis and competitive research.

• Analyze and report on organic traffic and conversion trends utilizing Google Analytics 4.

• Enhance Google Business Profile and local citation listings for improved visibility.

• Plan, coordinate, implement, monitor, and evaluate link-building initiatives.

• Optimize websites across various content management systems by applying SEO best practices.

• Perform technical audits to identify broken links and usability issues on both desktop and mobile sites.

• Collaborate with senior marketers to propose solutions and strategies for clients through emails, conference calls, and in-person meetings.

• Work alongside PPC and Social Media teams to develop integrated strategies and solutions.

• Design and implement A/B tests aimed at enhancing user experience and increasing conversion rates.

• Oversee client YouTube channels and optimize individual video content.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in a Marketing Agency is preferred.

• Proficiency in analyzing data from search engines, Google Analytics 4, and internal sources to make informed decisions and recommendations.

• Excellent written, interpersonal, communication, and public speaking/presentation skills.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
