This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of Feathery’s SEO content strategy by pinpointing the topics, keywords, and buyer intents that are crucial for ranking in wealth management and insurance.
• Conduct research, write, and publish top-quality content including pillar pages, solution and use-case pages, comparison content, and blog posts.
• Enhance existing pages and site structure to improve rankings, increase organic traffic, and boost conversions.
• Collaborate with product, design, and go-to-market teams to align content with real customer workflows and convert traffic into pipeline.
• Monitor performance metrics related to rankings, traffic, and pipeline objectives, using these insights to refine strategy over time.
• Contribute to shaping how Feathery appears in AI-driven and answer-based search as this channel evolves.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO and content marketing, preferably targeting a B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services audience.
• You are a proficient writer capable of clearly and credibly explaining technical or regulated subjects, and you enjoy creating the content yourself.
• Comprehensive understanding of modern SEO processes, including keyword and intent research, on-page optimization, content structuring, internal linking, and technical fundamentals.
• Comfortable using tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and analytics platforms, making data-driven decisions.
• Ability to take a topic from research to a published, ranking page with minimal supervision.
• Bonus: Direct experience writing for financial services (wealth management, insurance, lending, or payments), or familiarity with the shift towards AI-driven and answer-based search in SEO.
• Bonus: Practical experience in creating and launching marketing pages using Webflow.
