SEO, AI Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop, compose, and refine blog articles aimed at clinicians by utilizing course transcripts, interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs), and existing resources through AI-assisted processes.

• Edit and enhance submissions from external contributors, guest writers, and subject matter experts.

• Work collaboratively with instructors and SMEs to create outlines, gather feedback, ensure citations, and maintain clinical accuracy.

• Write and optimize SEO components such as metadata, headers, titles, descriptions, alt text, FAQs, keyword integration, and internal linking.

• Craft content for lead-generation materials, including campaigns for webinars and podcasts, registration and landing pages, emails, scripts, and social media posts.

• Plan and create discipline-specific clinical newsletters targeting audiences in SLP, PT, OT, AT, and RN fields.

• Choose highlighted content for newsletters and ensure alignment with product launches and strategic goals.

• Assist with SEO upkeep by refreshing content, implementing 301 redirects, and improving rankings.

• Request, upload, and optimize YouTube videos in line with article content and search strategies.

• Establish and document reproducible AI-assisted content workflows, prompts, and quality assurance checks.

• Report directly to the Senior Manager of Content Strategy & Communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in content writing, SEO, or content marketing.

• Ideally, experience in healthcare, healthtech, or another technical or regulated industry.

• Comprehensive understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, search intent, metadata, internal linking, content refreshes, redirects, FAQs, and headers.

• Practical experience using AI tools for content creation, drafting, editing, quality control, and process documentation.

• Strong editorial acumen regarding voice, tone, structure, clarity, and citation integrity.

• Ability to write for professional audiences without oversimplifying complex information.

• Capability to convert clinical or technical concepts into precise, accessible content.

• Comfort in collaborating across various teams with SMEs, as well as SEO, product, and clinical partners.

• Proficiency in managing feedback from multiple stakeholders.

• Solid skills in content operations, including deadline management, organizing inputs, and ensuring consistency across different formats.

• Experience in writing for clinician or healthcare professional audiences is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI content platforms, such as Claude or custom GPTs, is advantageous.

• Experience establishing or maintaining prompt libraries and repeatable AI content workflows is a plus.

• Background in using email and newsletter platforms, along with campaign coordination, is beneficial.

• Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools, and content management systems is a plus.
