Senior/Staff Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Spearhead initiatives that significantly influence Built In engineering and its collaborators

• Create and execute software solutions that deliver exceptional experiences and functionalities for customers and users

• Develop systems and components that support a diverse range of product offerings

• Document and guide the implementation of technical features, enhancements, and innovations

• Work alongside Product and Technology teams to create AI-powered features

• Oversee the complete development process of software products

• Examine system-level challenges and deploy effective solutions

• Mentor fellow engineers and promote a culture of learning and knowledge sharing

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of development experience in .Net, focusing on building highly scalable web and/or backend systems

• Proficiency in integrating AI into both new and existing systems

• Expertise in developing software on major public cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Experience in an engineering setting utilizing agile methodologies, observability, and continuous delivery practices

• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale projects

• Familiarity with agentic workflow is advantageous

• Strong proficiency in Razor is highly desirable

• A proactive mindset with an initiative to enhance performance, quality, and efficiency
