Senior/Staff Product Engineer – Frontend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a Frontend Engineer, you will be involved in the development and continuous improvement of our React applications.

• You will take charge of implementing user interfaces based on wireframes and screen designs created by our UX designers.

• You will write unit and end-to-end tests for the features and applications that you develop.

• You will assist your team in analyzing and resolving bugs.

• You will engage in designing new features and optimizing existing ones.

• You will be a member of an agile, cross-functional team consisting of backend and frontend engineers, as well as designers and product managers.

• You will collaborate with other teams to enhance the epilot product further.

• You will be introduced to our technology stack, which includes microfrontends, serverless AWS, and cutting-edge developer tools and automation technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 4–5 years of professional experience in JavaScript.

• You have experience with React (Hooks, global state management, routing), ES6, TypeScript, Webpack, and ESLint.

• You have a passion for implementing highly responsive UI components using React principles.

• Nice to have: experience with GraphQL, Node.js, and AWS.

• You enjoy creating user-friendly UIs with CSS and HTML.

• Ideally, you have previous experience in an e-commerce setting.

• A basic understanding of application and cloud security principles, as well as how to develop secure and reliable software, is preferred.
