Senior/Staff Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead strategic design projects

• Convert intricate, data-intensive challenges into user-friendly, high-quality experiences

• Provide clarity in uncertain situations and outline comprehensive workflows

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams

• Harmonize user requirements, business objectives, and technical limitations

• Guide fellow designers and enhance design systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product design

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related discipline

• Extensive knowledge in creating end-to-end customer workflows

• Highly skilled in design and prototyping software

• Strong teamwork with engineering departments

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Proactively utilize AI to enhance your design approach

• Good understanding of emerging AI and search technologies

• Proven track record of leading complex projects from start to finish

• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop fellow designers

• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities

• Inquisitive, considerate, and motivated

• Experience in financial services, investment workflows, or data-intensive SaaS products is an advantage.
