Senior/Staff Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to shape product strategy through comprehensive analytical insights and decision-making frameworks.

• Spearhead complex and impactful analytical projects from inception to completion, encompassing problem identification, recommendations, and implementation.

• Develop analytical models and frameworks that balance trade-offs related to risk, pricing, conversion, profitability, and customer outcomes.

• Create and assess experiments, including initiatives focused on pricing and conversion optimization.

• Convert intricate business challenges into organized analytical strategies and quantifiable success criteria.

• Uncover product opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and strategic insights by thoroughly analyzing extensive transactional and product datasets.

• Present executive-level recommendations and steer roadmap decisions utilizing data.

• Work collaboratively across Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM teams to implement data-driven decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in advanced SQL and possess strong analytical abilities when handling large-scale product or transactional datasets.

• Experience with Python for analytics, experimentation, statistical analysis, or modeling.

• Knowledge of product analytics, experimentation, and decision science methodologies.

• Expertise in constructing analytical frameworks that influence business and product strategies.

• Capable of independently leading cross-functional analytical projects.

• Skilled in translating vague business inquiries into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence Product and Engineering teams.

• Experience in data visualization and storytelling using tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.

• Background in product organizations within technology or fintech sectors.

• Preferred: Experience in fintech, lending, payments, or risk-related fields.

• Preferred: Knowledge in Data Science, predictive modeling, or optimization challenges.
