Senior/Principal Consultant SAP Security, Authorizations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and enhance SAP authorization strategies for both on-premise and cloud settings.

• Provide guidance to clients on SAP security and compliance issues, including Governance, Risk & Compliance.

• Lead client meetings, workshops, and presales sessions independently, from gathering requirements to presenting solutions.

• Assist with audits and evaluate as well as improve existing authorization landscapes.

• Continue to advance internal best practices and security standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in SAP authorizations or management of SAP authorizations.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Segregation of Duties (SoD).

• Experience or solid understanding of SAP GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance).

• Familiarity with designing and implementing authorization frameworks along with role and user management.

• Experience with compliance requirements, audit assistance, and risk evaluation.

• A confident and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.

• Capability to conduct client and presales discussions independently.

• Strong communication skills, persuasive presentation abilities, and a structured, responsible, solution-oriented approach to work.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with Xiting tools, particularly XAMS.

• Nice to have: Basic knowledge of SAP Basis.

• Nice to have: Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations.

• Nice to have: Certifications in SAP Security or SAP GRC.

• Nice to have: Experience in international projects or with cloud security, such as SAP BTP.
