This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Evaluate customers’ Falcon environment to ensure it adheres to Falcon Complete standards.
• Offer suggestions to Falcon Complete customers that enhance their security measures.
• Develop and recommend solutions for CrowdStrike product components that can improve the security posture.
• Reach out to customers directly upon detecting any discrepancies with Falcon Complete standards.
• Record, update, and resolve all customer-related issues following established procedures and SLAs.
• Generate and present service reports and statistics to customers upon request.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote customer satisfaction.
• Work with the support team to assist in troubleshooting and coordinate efforts to resolve technical challenges.
• Carry out daily responsibilities under the guidance of leadership to support Falcon Complete's mission of preventing breaches.
• Over 3 years of experience in a cybersecurity-focused position.
• Strong customer empathy and the ability to guide clients toward their desired outcomes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with CrowdStrike teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
• Proficient in Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
• Experience or proven knowledge in threat detection and incident response.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience.
• Familiarity with incident management and CSIRT operations.
• Understanding of change management processes.
• Knowledge of malicious code detection and response strategies.
• Familiarity with audit, logging, and monitoring controls, including SIEM, UEBA, and MDR/XDR.
• Experience in intrusion detection and response.
• Background in working with complex, sophisticated clients.
• Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams to resolve customer issues and requests.
• Demonstrated experience as a security advisor or consultant.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001/2, NIST Cyber Security Framework, CIS Critical Security Controls, PCI DSS, Cloud Controls Matrix, and MITRE ATT&CK is advantageous.
• Proven ability to leverage AI technologies to enhance decision-making, optimize workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business results.
