Senior/Principal Consultant – Benefits

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Implement and configure Workday solutions for a worldwide clientele.

• Facilitate working sessions with clients to collect, comprehend, and analyze business needs.

• Provide guidance to clients on best practices, identify, and suggest process enhancements.

• Oversee the project scope, quality, and timeline in areas of expertise.

• Conduct research on issues, determine the root cause, and present/implement corrective actions for the client.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in leading and executing Workday implementations.

• Extensive knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Security, and Reporting, as well as proficiency in at least one additional Workday module (Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Time Tracking, Absence, Learning, Benefits, Prism, BIRT).

• Capability to manage medium to large projects across the entire project lifecycle.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is essential.
