Senior/Mid Frontend Engineer – React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design and implement intricate, scalable frontend systems.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to jointly draft requirements and define the project scope.

• Direct technical decision-making for features of medium to large complexity.

• Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers through code review processes.

• Assume responsibility for the frontend technology stack by proactively identifying and addressing bottlenecks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in software engineering with a strong focus on modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.

• Demonstrated ability to design complex state management solutions.

• Proficiency in developing robust and efficient unit and integration tests using frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.

• Comprehensive knowledge of web performance, browser internals, and optimization strategies for data-intensive applications.

• A mindset akin to that of a "Product Owner".
