This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee and sustain containerized environments.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters (both on-premise and in the cloud, including Amazon EKS) utilizing Infrastructure as Code.
• Guarantee high availability and scalability across all systems.
• Create and design cloud architectures that adhere to best practices and contemporary solutions.
• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines using Docker and GitLab.
• Actively seek out and implement enhancements and new solutions.
• Collaborate closely with agile development teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of Linux (Debian, Ubuntu).
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm).
• Experience in creating CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Excellent command of Polish (C1).
• Good command of English (minimum B2).
• At least 2+ years of commercial experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Helm).
• Significant experience in debugging and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to design robust, scalable architectures and mentor fellow engineers.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with time-series databases and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus).
• Experience with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, AMQP, Redis Streams).
• Knowledge of secret management tools (e.g., HashiCorp Vault).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and associated security practices.
