Senior/Lead User Acquisition, Meta

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• You will launch Meta Ads for the new AI product Kato and assist in defining the development strategy for the Meta direction of Kato and JustDone.

• You will create a testing, optimization, and scaling system for Meta campaigns in collaboration with the Product Marketing and Creative teams.

• You will achieve positive unit economics and scale the Meta direction—from initial budgets of $100k+/month to millions in monthly spending.

• You will define the Meta User Acquisition strategy for the company and bring your own expertise to the business.

• You will build a team of User Acquisition specialists and take on the role of its leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with Meta Ads in a product company (product-side).

• Experience with web funnels (Web or Web-to-App will be a significant advantage).

• Experience managing advertising budgets of $100k+/month (the larger the scale, the better).

• Experience in training or mentoring others.

• Experience launching new advertising directions or products will be a plus.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Ability to quickly generate and test marketing and creative hypotheses.

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
