Senior/Lead Recruiter – Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Formulate customized sourcing strategies to attract premier talent from leading data center operators, renewable energy developers, and the power/grid sectors.

• Evaluate and assess candidates for both specialized technical proficiency and cultural fit.

• Conduct efficient, high-quality hiring processes: manage pipeline activities, lead post-interview discussions, and guarantee a smooth candidate experience.

• Negotiate offers and secure top-tier talent in highly competitive infrastructure and energy markets.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department leaders to thoroughly comprehend their technical requirements, hiring needs, and timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, primarily focusing on technical or energy infrastructure within high-growth or startup settings.

• Demonstrated success in filling critical upstream positions, including Grid Interconnection, Data Center/Renewable Project Development, Land Acquisition, or High-Voltage/Substation Engineering.

• Proven capability to identify and recruit candidates with niche, highly sought-after engineering and infrastructure skill sets in the local market.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates, serving as a trusted talent advisor rather than merely a process manager.

• Exceptional relationship-building and influencing abilities at all organizational levels, from technical engineering leads to executives.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of persuading and presenting experienced infrastructure professionals on a high-growth startup mission.

• Familiarity with modern ATS tools, pipeline reporting, and data-driven recruiting techniques to maintain high hiring velocity.
