Senior/Lead Recruiter – Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Create customized sourcing strategies to attract top talent from leading data center operators, renewable energy developers, and the power/grid sector.

• Evaluate and screen candidates for not only their specialized technical skills but also their cultural fit.

• Conduct efficient and high-quality hiring processes: manage pipeline activities, facilitate post-interview discussions, and guarantee a smooth candidate experience.

• Negotiate job offers and secure exceptional talent in competitive infrastructure and energy markets.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department leaders to gain a thorough understanding of their technical requirements, hiring needs, and timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly focused on technical or energy infrastructure in fast-paced or startup environments.

• Demonstrated success in filling essential upstream positions, such as Grid Interconnection, Data Center/Renewable Project Development, Land Acquisition, or High-Voltage/Substation Engineering.

• Proven capability to identify and recruit candidates with specialized, highly competitive engineering and infrastructure skills in the local market.

• Ability to effectively partner with hiring managers and candidates, serving as a trusted talent advisor rather than merely managing processes.

• Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills at all organizational levels, from technical engineering leads to executives.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and persuade experienced infrastructure professionals regarding a high-growth startup mission.

• Familiarity with modern ATS tools, pipeline reporting, and data-driven recruiting practices to maintain high hiring velocity.
