Senior/Lead React Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor a team of React developers, offering technical direction and conducting code assessments.

• Architect and implement scalable micro-frontend structures utilizing contemporary frontend tools.

• Create high-quality frontend solutions using React, TypeScript, and various state management techniques (Redux, Zustand, Context API).

• Develop and maintain reusable UI components, shared libraries, and design systems.

• Collaborate with backend teams on integrations through REST APIs and GraphQL.

• Ensure adherence to best practices concerning performance, security, and accessibility.

• Participate in CI/CD processes, automated testing (Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright), and enhancements to code quality.

• Leverage modern development workflows, including AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot, Bmad workflow).

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.

• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Practical experience with micro-frontend architecture.

• Familiarity with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Context API).

• Experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot).

• Comprehensive understanding of CSS, SASS, and principles of responsive design.

• Experience with testing frameworks like Vitest, React Testing Library, and Playwright.

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices, Git, and Agile development methodologies.

• Strong grasp of REST APIs, GraphQL, and the integration of frontend and backend systems.

• Experience in mentoring developers and making technical leadership decisions.
