Senior/Lead Full Stack Developer – Java, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable applications utilizing Java and contemporary frontend technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience using Java.

• Extensive experience with Java 17+, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.

• Proficient knowledge of JavaScript and React.js.

• Experience in designing and developing APIs.

• Strong grasp of both relational and NoSQL databases.

• Expertise in crafting and optimizing complex SQL queries.

• Familiarity with design patterns, principles of clean code, and testing methodologies.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Willingness to utilize modern AI tools in daily development activities, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and ChatGPT.

• Experience in contributing to projects during early stages, shaping solutions, collaborating with architects, and assessing alternatives.

• Capability to take ownership of technical decisions or advocate for proposed solutions.

• Willingness to travel abroad for business purposes.

• A leadership mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.

• Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and proactive attitude.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to accurately estimate work and commit to delivery timelines.
