This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide thorough retirement and financial wellness guidance and education to participants in employer-sponsored programs.
• Assist participants in navigating crucial decision-making points that influence their long-term financial prosperity.
• Support participants with managed account solutions.
• Strengthen customer relationships through proactive and personalized interactions.
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls.
• Foster customer relationships by offering tailored service.
• Address inquiries related to plans and policies.
• Convey accurate information while clearly outlining policies and procedures.
• Help retain assets by educating clients on plan-specific and general distribution options.
• Inform customers about distribution choices, retirement plan or IRA involvement, and tax ramifications.
• Strive to deliver the best solutions in every customer engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to address challenges and achieve results.
• Utilize innovative tools and services to discover retirement planning options and strategies.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and service targets.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Over 2 years of experience in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory roles.
• Proven track record of success in sales.
• Strong understanding of IRAs, retirement investment products/services, and the qualified retirement plan landscape.
• Experience in managing multiple tasks and navigating stressful situations and interactions on a daily basis.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Skills in file manipulation on a PC.
• Ability to swiftly learn Empower's record-keeping system and Salesforce software.
• Required registrations: FINRA 7 & 66, or 63 & 65.
• FINRA fingerprinting required upon hiring.
• Strong consulting abilities.
• Capacity to quickly acquire new information independently.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available, including CPT/OPT.
• Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work.
