Senior Workplace Engineer, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Ensure optimal performance and availability for essential M365 services, particularly Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, O365, and Exchange/Outlook Client.

• Provide high-level support for M365-related issues by swiftly diagnosing and resolving technical challenges.

• Carry out necessary upgrades, patches, and enhancements throughout the M365 environment.

• Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard M365 services against unauthorized access.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee the seamless operation of M365 services.

• Oversee and resolve support tickets using the ticketing system, prioritizing tasks to adhere to SLAs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Support Engineer or in a comparable role, with at least 3 years of experience in supporting M365 services.

• Practical experience with configuration and administration within the M365 environment.

• Strong knowledge of security best practices for M365 services.

• Experience in system monitoring, performance optimization, and troubleshooting within M365.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficiency in German (B2/C1) and English, both written and spoken.

• Relevant certifications related to M365 services (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, SharePoint Administrator, etc.).

• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation for managing M365 services.
