Senior Workflow Integration Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold global standards, procedures, and training resources for software implementation in audio facility operations.

• Offer high-level technical support to internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors for intricate integration projects.

• Serve as the main technical liaison for designated clients, delivering tier 1 support and hands-on assistance with software deployment and workflow integration.

• Work closely with clients to comprehend their unique operational needs and create customized solutions using our software platform.

• Guide clients through system configuration, implementation, and optimization to ensure smooth adoption.

• Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to empower clients' teams to effectively utilize the platform in their workflows.

• Quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to internal engineering teams when necessary.

• Offer insights to product development teams based on client experiences, pinpointing opportunities for platform enhancements.

• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively tackle potential challenges to maintain robust, long-term relationships.

• Assist with software upgrades, migrations, and other client-specific technical initiatives.

• Participate in an on-call rotation to deliver prompt support during critical client operations.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to advise clients on effectively leveraging our solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid understanding of media production workflows, especially those involving audio, video, and digital content pipelines.

• Extensive expertise in audio post-production, professional studio operations, and tools such as Pro Tools.
