This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Independently gathering, synthesizing, and validating HIS back-end systems HL7 and non-HL7 data to aid in the development of the CC software.
• The WFI must merge knowledge of patient and clinical workflows to ensure the effectiveness of analytics.
• Collaborating closely with engineering to transfer systems and messaging expertise throughout the development processes, including daily scrums, validation, and delivery phases.
• Creating and providing Data Specifications to clients and engineering teams.
• Partnering with clients to validate analytics and guide them in interpreting and utilizing the Tiles to meet programmatic objectives.
• Planning and executing assigned tasks within the engagement, ensuring high-quality deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Establishing trust and cultivating relationships with Client Leadership, particularly with IT executives.
• Managing the IT Relationship for Command Center and building credibility to foster connections with mid-level client managers.
• Preparing and delivering concise, clear, insightful, and influential presentations for executive-level audiences.
• Proactively identifying client needs and aiding in the development of solutions, including recognizing business development and upsell opportunities within the client.
• Facilitating effective, cross-functional working sessions with clients and GE stakeholders.
• Assisting in the collection, validation, and analysis of data to support engagement goals.
• Training and mentoring junior consultants on the engagement team.
• Acting as a professional representative of GEHC in all public and client-facing scenarios.
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience in advisory services, performance improvement, and healthcare informatics within a healthcare environment.
• At least three years of experience leading and managing projects with outcome-focused deliverables.
• A minimum of three years of experience in healthcare software implementation or hospital operations.
• Familiarity with EHR and other clinical systems.
• Experience with HL7, FHIR, and API data sources.
• Proficient in SSMS and Azure Data Studio.
• Willingness to travel weekly from Monday to Thursday.
