Senior Workday HCM Consultant – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Carry out assigned Workday HCM configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and support tasks.

• Assist in multiple projects according to business requirements and leadership priorities.

• Analyze and resolve Workday HCM issues.

• Complete designated tasks and deliverables within set timelines.

• Aid in business process configuration, testing, and documentation.

• Support issue resolution, defect remediation, and system improvements.

• Provide regular updates on progress and proactively communicate any obstacles.

• Adhere to established project direction, standards, and priorities.

• Offer hands-on delivery support across various client engagements throughout the implementation lifecycle, from configuration and testing to deployment and post-production support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Workday HCM Implementer Certification is REQUIRED.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience with Workday full-cycle implementation.

• Capability to configure, test, troubleshoot, and independently resolve functional issues.

• Involvement in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementation projects, which include configuration, testing, and deployment support.

• At least 1 year of experience leading workstream implementations.

• Ability to work standard hours on the East Coast.

• Must be a resident of the United States.
