This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Act as the primary developer for corporate business systems, focusing mainly on Workday systems.
• Offer technical assistance and lead the analysis and development of business cases for interfaces, enhancements, and changes in business processes.
• Oversee the testing and acceptance of system modifications.
• Design, test, debug, and provide technical guidance for substantial software application improvements.
• Conduct intricate Workday system configurations, development, and reporting.
• Evaluate the feasibility and implications of complex system upgrades and process alterations.
• Test and implement Workday updates, requirements, enhancements, and integrations.
• Conceive, develop, test, deploy, and sustain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs.
• Spearhead Workday release implementations and pinpoint opportunities for enhancements.
• Investigate and resolve intricate system challenges, escalating issues to vendors or internal system owners as necessary.
• Create and maintain sophisticated Workday dashboards, applications, advanced reports, and shared reports.
• Function as a technical specialist for Workday products and cultivate relationships with business users and third-party vendors.
• Lead the team as the senior technical developer for Workday.
• Coordinate application and Epic module preparation, installation, deployment, production support, workflow analysis, design, programming/building, testing, training, and implementation.
• Oversee hardware/software acquisitions for new initiatives under the guidance of the IS Project Manager.
• Create implementation timelines and resolve outstanding implementation issues.
• Maintain customer relationships and address application-related customer concerns.
• Communicate system statuses, downtime plans, and IT events to designated departments.
• Engage in routine scheduled on-call coverage.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of integrated ERP experience in an information technology, business, computer science, or healthcare environment.
• An equivalent combination of work and academic experience may be accepted in place of the educational and experience prerequisites.
• Workday certification is required within six months of hire.
• Proficiency in Workday report writing, security, and/or integrations.
• Experience with EIB, Studio, and Core Connectors.
• Familiarity with integrating systems with third-party service vendors.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of project management software, concepts, and tracking is preferred.
• Ability to participate in routine scheduled on-call coverage.
