This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the Workday system
• Serve as the main customer liaison for cases and projects
• Evaluate business needs, propose solutions, and advise on best practices utilizing business, functional, and technical expertise
• Ensure compliance with the current BPaaS Support methodology while promoting best practices, process enhancements, and procedures
• Organize time and manage caseload through a case management system
• Conduct peer reviews for other consultants during production transitions
• Provide mentorship to new team members as needed
• Keep updated on Workday system releases and improvements, and relay this information to customers with recommendations for optimal application in their settings
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory
• Active Workday Benefits certification is required
• 2-4 years of experience in Workday Benefits, including knowledge of benefit concepts like plan designs, COBRA, Evidence of Insurability, and age reduction rules
• Functional experience in configuring and supporting Open Enrollment (highly complex), ACA Configuration, Benefit Plans Configurations, Rate Changes, and Data Loads
• Proficient in time management and multitasking, effectively managing multiple cases and clients concurrently
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are necessary
• Workday Reporting Certification and/or relevant experience is preferred
